Leash to Shoot up in Price before the SHIBA Metaverse ‘Land Bids’ Begin?

Will the price of Leash skyrocket before the SHIB Metaverse's 'Land Bids' begin? To Begin Early Access This Weekend

After SHIB stated that early access will be available shortly, the Shiba Inu metaverse will begin selling land this weekend.

Those looking to acquire land in the SHIB metaverse have just hours until this preferential access for LEASH and Shiboshi holders begins, prompting users to lock their LEASH or Shiboshi NFTs before the event begins.

Launch of the SHIB Land Sale

Suspicions of a metaverse-related event occurring soon arose after Shiba developer Eric M shared a photo of Canadian musician The Weeknd on Twitter.

Milkshake, a Shiba Growth member, then suggested that something with a similar picture may happen this weekend.

The land sale will take place this weekend, according to the official SHIB account.

We don't know when the land will be available for purchase, but we anticipate interested parties to be notified first. We recommend keeping a watch on these channels during the launch, whether it's on the Discord server or on Twitter.

In preparation for the land auction, about 4000 LEASH and over 1500 Shiboshi NFTs have been secured.

The price of land in the metaverse ranges from 0.2-1 ETH, depending on its Tier. After the 72-hour Bid Event, the auction will proceed to a seven-day Holders Event before the Public Sale.

The price of LEASH has risen 8.8% in the previous 24 hours in anticipation of the Shiba metaverse's land sale.

The property auction, however, isn't the only major SHIB event coming up in the coming days. In a recent blog post, SHIB stated that the AAA gaming company charged with the metaverse's aesthetic development would be revealed this week.

Shiba Inu Has Begun Offering LAND In Its Metaverse World; $LEASH Is Up 40%, SHIB Is Up 3%

Shiba Inu has begun its metaverse adventure by launching 'LANDS,' or virtual real estate locations, within its Shiberse virtual world. Shiba Inu devs have stated that $LEASH token holders will get exclusive access to this LAND for a few days as a reward for being early adopters. Decentraland, a competing metaverse built on the Ethereum blockchain, recently signed a $1.2 million LAND agreement with Portion CEO Jason Rosenstein. According to Business Insider, the metaverse is experiencing a boom that is drawing a lot of investment.

To prevent bots from buying LAND in Shiberse at a cheap price and then selling it for a high price to other purchasers, SHIB's developers have implemented a queuing system depending on the quantity of $LEASH tokens that players have at the time. Only 107,647 $LEASH tokens have been created thus far. According to coindesk, $LEASH is the SHIB Universe ecosystem's governance token.
