The Jimny 5-door was recently seen undergoing testing and is scheduled to make its Indian market debut in 2023. Here is all we know about this new impending 4X4 SUV in India. According to several web rumors, the Indian-spec Jimny 5-door would be on display at the Delhi Auto Expo in 2023.
To begin with, the Indian-spec Jimny will have a legitimate five-door body shell and an extended wheelbase to create more inside room. The test mule's leaked photos also imply that the future Jimny will receive some aesthetic changes to give it a new appearance.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny: Specifications
For those who are curious, the new Jimy 5-door should be around 3,850 mm long, 1645 mm wide, and 1730 mm tall. The wheelbase will be around 2550 mm, which is over 300 mm longer than the car's 3-door version. Around 210 mm is predicted for ground clearance.
Rendering The new 1.5L K15C DualJet engine, which has a maximum output of 103 horsepower and 137 Nm of torque, will be Jimny's power source.
